Looking to expand its range of products it re-enters the US market, Alfa Romeo has introduced a new SUV crossover like 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio at the Los Angeles Auto Show. Giorgio’s developed platform also supports the Giulia sedan, this new 5-seater vehicle will be built in Italy and offers three different models, a Stelvio base, a plush Ti fit and Quadrifoglio.
2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio know that you need a complete set of technologies to compete successfully what is largely a German segment, and it uses these expected LCD screens in the dashboard stack and center, plus a recognition system Handwriting input navigation. All models come standard with Apple and Android Auto carplay, but the basic model includes a 6.5 inch screen instead of the 8.8-inch drive used in the rest of the range. Alfa Romeo did not specify whether features such as automatic braking, adaptive cruise control that can start moving the car back into the traffic and the track exit alert will be standard or optional. The brand says it will offer seven-wheeled 18-20-inch drawings and a dozen bakery exterior paintings.
Below, all three models come standard with all-wheel drive with back bias, but they can transfer up to 60 percent of the available power to the front axle when necessary. Despite its elevated seating position, it seems that the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is designed with road trips in mind at all. Look at high performance even in the basic model, which comes with leather, with an electrically operated tailgate, a start button built into the flat-bottom steering wheel and 18-inch alloy wheels. Ti is based on that of 19-inch wheels, wood finish and an 8.8-inch entertainment screen among others. Alfa Romeo promises additional packages of Sport and Lusso (luxury), too. Of course, the Quadrifoglio will do more to go fast, it seems a little more special also, with its unique exterior design elements. Inside, the expected sports seats are covered with leather and synthetic Alcantara suede, and even its edge is wrapped in furs.
The 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio compacts compete with crossovers of similar size, such as the BMW X3, Audi Q5 and Mercedes-Benz GLC. Both engines will be offered. The Stelvio and Stelvio Ti share a 280 horsepower 2.0-liter turbo four-cylinder while the Quadrifoglio will be powered by a 2.9-liter Ferrari V6 developed by 505 horsepower. All models 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio will be equipped with driving wheels and four 8-speed automatic transmissions.
No word yet on fuel economy or prices but we expect these important figures are closer to the 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio announced the date of sale in the course of 2017.
